Bus trips are first-paid, first served. Once the first bus is full, we will start a waiting list for a second bus. In order to secure a
second bus, there must be a minimum of 60 paid participants.

All day trips require a $25 deposit when signing up for a trip, in order to secure your place on the bus. All overnight trips require
a $50 deposit when signing up for a trip, in order to secure your place on the bus. Deposits for day or overnight trips are
refundable up until the trip deadline date above. Once the trip deadline date has passed, deposits become NON-REFUNDABLE.

Buses will leave from the Macy's parking lot in Bedford, NH promptly at the designated time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! We ask that
participants arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure, so we can leave on time. If you miss the bus, you will not be refunded
the cost of the trip.

Payments are in advance by cash or check. If check is returned for any reason, you will be charged a $25.00 return check fee.
|
|
|
Please keep the buses clean. Trash bags will be located in the front and back of the buses. If there is a spill, please let the bus
monitor know, so we can wipe it up immediately.
|
|
|
Coolers are allowed on the buses, but they must be small enough to fit under your seat except when the MMBC is providing one
for each bus) and they must not leak. No coolers will be allowed in the aisle or in the overhead storage.

|
|
Any damage caused by you or you family/guests to the bus or hotel, will be your responsibility.
|
|
|
Trip prices include bus fee and a ticket to the game(s).
|
|
|
For overnight trips, the MMBC will secure a block of rooms at an area hotel, but it is up to trip participants to make their own
reservations with the hotel of the MMBC's choice, prior to the announced deadline. The MMBC will supply each participant with
hotel information.

|
There will be not alcohol allowed on the buses.
|
|
|
There is no smoking on the buses. We will make a courtesy stop every 2-3 hours to accommodate smokers.
|
|
|
Payment deadlines for trips will be posted in our newsletter, at the MMBC table (behind Section 119) & on the MMBC website.
|
|
|
If you are with us at the start of a trip, it is expected that you will return with us.
|
|
|
Bus trips are open to all Monarch fans.
|
|
|
Junior members (17 years and under) must have a parent/guardian (18 years or older) with them on any trip they want to taken
with the MMBC. The parent(s) must provide any guardian with two notes: (1) giving permission stating that said guardian can
take their child on an MMBC trip and (2) giving permission for said guardian to ok any emergency medical attention required.
The note must contain the following information: Date note was written, date(s) of MMBC trip, the name of the guardian, phone
number where parent(s) can be reached and signature of the parent(s).

All trip participants will be required to sign a trip waiver form for each trip they participate in.
|
|
SORRY, no non-member children, 17 years or younger, will be allowed to take a trip unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. NO
EXCEPTIONS!!!
