The organization shall be composed of members who pay annual membership dues.

As a member of the MMBC, you will be entitled to a membership card, monthly newsletters (10 issues a year), attend MMBC meetings and functions, participate in any MMBC raffles at meetings and functions and in hosting pre-game functions for visiting booster clubs, assist in community events, participate in MMBC trips to some of the MMHC (Manchester Monarchs Hockey Club) road games at a lower price than non-member and attend the annual AHL Booster Club Convention, at member's expense.

No person will be denied membership due to age, sex, race, color, marital status, physical or mental disability, religious creed, national origin or sexual orientation. They must, however, meet eligibility requirements set forth in the MMBC Bylaws.

Types of memberships available:
Adult (18 & older) Junior (17 & under) Family (This plan covers 2 adults and 1-3 children. Each additional child is $5)

Membership Dues:
Adult: $20 Junior: $15 Family: $50
|

Membership dues shall be established by the membership, upon recommendation from the Board of Directors.

The MMBC will charge a fee of $25.00 for any returned checks.
|

Any member who does not pay his/her membership dues before the due date, will no longer be able to participate in club functions until his/her dues are paid.

Membership Cards:
Each member must present their membership card, upon request, at all MMBC meetings and activities. Your card certifies that you are eligible to participate in MMBC meetings and activities.
Your membership card shall be valid from the first day of the July through the last day of June the following year. Each card will have an expiration date on it, that will include the month/day/year that it will expire.
Your membership card is a valuable item. The MMBC will work with local businesses and identify those willing to give an MMBC member a discount when they show there membership card at the time of purchase.

Termination of Membership:
A member may be required to forfeit his/her membership to the MMBC for any number of reasons, including, but not limited to, misuse of the MMBC name and/or logo or conduct deemed detrimental to the good and welfare of the MMBC.
Membership shall be terminated by, but not limited to, written resignation to the Board of Directors, by failing to pay annual dues on or before the due date or by expulsion.
If a member resigns or is expelled, they will not be entitled to a refund of dues or any other contributions made to the MMBC.
Membership by expulsion shall require a four-fifths majority vote of the Board of Directors and confirmed by a two-thirds majority vote of eligible members present at the Membership Meeting. Reinstatement from expulsion requires the same voting procedures.
